Diagnostic Imaging Services, DIS, specializes in Outpatient Radiology. We have five centers strategically located throughout the greater New Orleans area: Centers are located in Uptown New Orleans, on the Westbank in Marrero and on Houma Blvd in Metairie. Our dedicated Women’s Center and Open MRI centers are located in Metairie off of Veterans Blvd.

Our mission at DIS is to provide quality diagnostic services to physicians and their patients in a setting that is both convenient and comfortable. Our staff of 130 employees truly understands the importance of delivering a personal touch and adjusting to meet the needs of patients and physicians. We pride ourselves on quality. All of our radiologist are board certified and all of our technologists are licensed with many of them having achieved advanced certification in their specialties.

Our specialized free-standing imaging centers allow us to provide a quiet setting without the distractions of large medical complexes. You will only receive one bill from DIS. Our charges include both the technical (procedure) and professional (radiologist interpretation) components of providing imaging services. There are no “hidden” fees.
